Who are We?

Founded in 2014, Muna Foundation Nepal is the Nepal based non-profit organization registered in the District Administration Office Kathmandu which is designed to uplift the overall development of children and the nation. It not only focuses on financial status of an individual but also on his/her overall situation. It intends to provide shelter, food, clothing, education, and healthcare as well as hope, compassion and love to the children who are in dire need of it. It provides assistance to society through community participation in the socio-economic development and runs advocacy programs for family planning, health education and vocational training. It also provides opportunity of frequent cross-border visits by board members, staffs, and volunteers.

MFN is run by a team of youth who are dedicated for social service and humanity. The dedication and involvement of the board members is the key factor in the smooth running of this organization. Also, we are working in the sector of public health, education, women empowerment and gender equity.

MFN aims to enhance the quality of life of poor, helpless, abandoned and street children by providing them with free quality education, good health facility and moral support. MFN is currently running a children's home the name of "Evelyn Children's Home."
