Distribution of Desks and Benches

Since, 99% of infrastructures and physical assets of schools had been destroyed in recent earthquake; the education process of schools had been seriously challenged.Thus, on 8th and 9th October 2015, MFN team went to Sindhupalchwok district and supported three schools with donation of desks and benches.

The three schools are:
i. Kyaulehana Lower Secondary School, Jyammire, Gufa
ii. JugePanchakanya Primary School, Nawalpur, Lahamani
iii. Navakanya Primary School. Simpalkavre, Chahare

It was a great help for school and students. The students would not have to sit on the cold floor in the coming winter season for education in the schools.We hope that our distribution of desks and benches will not only help to make the education process easier but also it will encourage the children to join to school.As a result, many children already started going school daily because of the desks and benches.It was our big honor that we hold an especial appreciation from the principal and president of all those three schools.
